Researcher and Lecturer in Urban Planning and Spatial Development, holding a PhD in Geography and Spatial Planning. Proven experience in university teaching, applied research, and the management of interdisciplinary projects addressing territorial dynamics. Specialized in participatory approaches and multi-stakeholder facilitation, with strong skills in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, scientific writing, and the coordination of innovative projects. Neighborhood Center
Sanglaj Neighborhood, Tehran, Iran
It was a revitalization project aimed at creating a dynamic neighborhood center that reflects local architectural characteristics. The design was based on the use of local materials and traditional architectural forms.
Rural Planning
Sijan, Alborz Province, Iran (2012–2013)
Project Director
Sijan is one of the well-known villages in the province, with more than 2,000 inhabitants.
Main Responsibilities:

Developing client relations and supporting business development.

Creating and managing the ArcGIS database of the village.
Urban Planning Advisor to the City Council – Sarbisheh, Iran (2014–2016)
I worked as an urban planning consultant for two years. During this period, my main contributions included geometric corrections of urban roads, the design of the city’s ring road, bike lanes, and the cemetery. One of the key challenges was ensuring the proper connection between urban roads and the intercity routes passing through the city, which was successfully addressed.
Main Duties:

Providing urban planning consultation to the city council.

Supporting the Urban Design lead with bid preparation and related tasks.

Assessing the city’s master plan.

Designing the ring road of the city.

Designing the bicycle network.

Planning and designing the city cemetery.

Analyzing the transportation networks in the master plan to ensure the safety and security of local mobility.
Landscape Design of Chehel Bazeh Park (2017–2018)
Urban Designer
This project focused on the landscape design and spatial organization of Chehel Bazeh Park, integrating ecological principles with recreational needs to enhance the quality of the public space.
Main Duties:

Developing the conceptual landscape design.

Conducting Analysis and Sketching
For a better understanding, we need to analyze and sketch before finalizing the layout. This process helps me think more clearly, creatively, and efficiently.
Smart Tourism Map of Mashhad (2017–2018)

Project Director
In this project, we used Augmented Reality (AR) to enhance tourists’ perception of Mashhad. The TARA application was developed, allowing tourists to access detailed information about attractions by installing the app.
